Apex Legends Season 10 Trailer Is Here

Apex Legends players are always looking forward to seeing new content. Developer Respawn Entertainment adds most of it through a new season. However, the bothering thing is that fans have to wait a few months for a new season to arrive. But the wait is always worth it considering a new season always brings new weapons, cosmetic items, Legends, and more. And now, players will be exciting to know that the developers have released the trailer for Apex Legends Season 10.

Apex Legends Season 10 Trailer

Apex Legends Season 10 is going to be huge considering it is going to add a lot of new stuff to the game. Furthermore, the season is going to add Seer to the game’s list of Legends. To hype things up, Respawn Entertainment released the trailer for Apex Legends Season 10 during the EA Play Live 2021 and it left everyone speechless. The trailer provided players with a glimpse of what they can expect to see in the tenth season of the battle royale.

How Seer Will work

Apex Legends’ director Chad Grenier decided to get on the stage after the trailer was revealed during the event and talked about what players will get to see in Season 10. He talked about the game’s newest Legend, Seer, and claimed that he is somewhat similar to Bloodhound considering he is all about tracking down enemies. However, Seer will have a different tracking kit as while aiming down sight, Seer will have a heartbeat sensor that will let him know where the enemy might be. Although it will not work like Warzone’s heartbeat sensor which makes the enemy appear as a big white dot on the radar, it will still help you with knowing the possible location.

Another amazing thing about Seer is that you can also use his tactical ability to send out a few drones towards the possible location, something that will reveal whether the enemy is there or not. The drones will also start tracking the enemy’s movement if they locate them. As for Seer’s Ultimate ability, he can send out hundreds of microdrones that will surround a certain area and will let Seer know about every enemy movement inside that area. However, the microdrones will only detect movement if an enemy is moving quickly. If someone is moving slowly, then the drones will fail to track their movement.

Comparison With Bloodhound

Grenier also compared Seer with Bloodhound and claimed that both Legends are designed to track in a different way. For example, Bloodhound focuses more on tracking enemy squads and eliminating them quickly. However, Seer is more stealth-oriented as he likes to make use of the information he gathers.

In any case, it’s great to see that Respawn Entertainment is introducing yet another tracker to the game. Bloodhound was the initial tracker of Apex Legends, and we then got to see Crypto. The latter uses his drone to track enemies down and even deliver electronic shocks to them. Apex Legends Season 10 will go live on August 3, and we’ll then see whether Seer will manage to live up to our expectations or not.
